Very interesting book
I found this book very interesting. Now I got to hear the other side of the story from the notorious alleged member of the Jesse James gang! The reader, Mr Crenshaw has a very good speaking voice, very appropriate for this narration too, though I think he speaks a bit too fast and sometimes and occasionally oddly repeats entire sentences.

Cole Younger's Defense Brief
This book has moments (particularly the Civil War bits and describing the Mansfield Minnesota bank robbery which earned Younger his jail term). But much of it is devoted to denying this or that charge, which is more interesting to a jury than the listener.
Worth time, but you may want to skip a chapter or two.
